The University Dance Company is a pre-professional performance ensemble, administered by the Department of Theatre & Dance. Every semester, faculty and visiting guest artists choreograph works that explore multiple styles of dance, the joy of movement, and performance as research.

In the University Dance Company Spring Concert, students and choreographers examine the ideas of world-building, connection, and suspense through the artform. Ballet, contemporary, hip hop, and jazz dance styles provide uplift and entertainment in this repertoire concert.
The University Theatre presents Lynn Nottageā€™s 2017 Pulitzer Prize-winning play SWEAT, which explores the lives of Rust Belt factory workers and the pressure of productivity.
